More Indie Games Announced For Switch

Helping the Nintendo Switch launch were tons of indies games available for download, and it looks like they aren’t stopping. PC hit Owlboy will be coming onto the system, alongside anticipated RPG YIIK, RiME, and more. These digital adventures should keep players busy until the next big Switch game.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Tops April 2017 Charts

Despite not being a truly new entry in the long running racing series; Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was the best selling game in April. What’s fascinating is Deluxe was only available for two days of the month because of it’s April 28th release date. Right underneath Deluxe were Persona 5 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, meaning Nintendo has two of the three highest selling games in April.

South Park The Fractured But Whole

It’s a little late but the anticipated follow up to South Park The Stick of Truth has finally gotten a release date. On October 17th fans can load up The Fractured But Whole and presumably start laughing aloud.

If you pre-order the game digitally you can receive a digital copy of The Stick of Truth to play immediately on Steam or the PlayStation Store.

E3 Tickets Sold Out

The popular Electronic Entertainment Expo has officially sold out of tickets available to the public. This is the first year the convention has offered tickets to consumers and it took a lot longer than anticipated for them to sell out.

No Destiny 2 For Switch

Unlike those indie games, Destiny 2 will not be coming to the Nintendo Switch. A Bungie employee has stated that there are “no plans right now for Switch”. He went on to state that he believes it would be “unrealistic” for an online only game like Destiny 2 to be on the Nintendo Switch.

Speaking of E3, gaming news sure has slowed down! I suppose everybody is trying to keep their big announcements for fans in two weeks. So what do you guys think about the stories above? Let me know down below and I’ll try my best to reply!
